Kris Abrahamson

VP of International Sales

International Logistics, Inc.

About Kris:

Born and raised in Omaha, NE, I pursued higher education at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln graduating in 2000 with a degree in Biology. Today, my primary role is to ensure our company operates responsibly, ethically, and profitably, all while having fun. What I love most about my job is working with our customers. My background in sales, particularly in chemical distribution and logistics, has honed my skills in listening, understanding, and problem-solving. These core strengths guide everything I do, helping me to align my actions with the needs and expectations of others to achieve mutual satisfaction and success.
I believe in the power of listening and humility. For me, the best solution is what matters most, regardless of how we get there.
I have 3 kids and an awesome wife for the last 17 years (August 4th is that anniversary, which is the furniture anniversary). Quite appropriate since we moved into a new house 2 months ago and had to furnish it.
Traveling is a significant part of my life. I've visited countries like China, India, Vietnam, Ireland, France, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and most of the Caribbean islands. Within the U.S., I've explored most states, with Vermont, New Hampshire, Montana, Idaho, and New Mexico still on my list.
I cherish experiences over possessions, and my travels reflect my love for new cultures and adventures. My love language is quality time, and I truly enjoy getting to know people and understanding what makes them tick.
I am looking forward to presenting to such a great group, and hope that I am able to offer some valuable insight into the crazy world of logistics and all that surrounds it. Strap in it will get bumpy.
