Megan A. Scheiderer

In an era of increasing specialization, Megan has successfully maintained a diverse litigation practice so that her proficiency managing complex cases and national teams can be deployed when and where needed. Clients rely on Megan to develop litigation strategies and solutions that achieve their business objectives. She brings the concept of a “virtual law firm” to life, coordinating defense groups and local counsel across dockets, across the country.

Megan is a passionate advocate, securing successful outcomes in business, employment, personal injury and toxic tort disputes. For over a decade, she has defended a global staffing company with diverse contractual, employment and injury related disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration venues, regularly securing summary judgment and other pretrial dismissals, including preserving favorable judgments on appeal in U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Tenth and Eleventh Circuits. She protects chemical and petrochemical manufacturers in matters involving asbestos, benzene and solvents, and agricultural chemicals in some of the toughest jurisdictions.

Megan is the co-leader of the firm's Artificial Intelligence team, a cross-practice group of attorneys focused on representing clients in AI-related matters. She is also co-founder of the firm’s innovative eDiscovery Solutions team and has extensive experience in managing the discovery process for clients. For Megan, legal strategy and technical mastery go hand in hand, and her extensive eDiscovery knowledge allows her to execute and defend decisions with confidence.
